Hi, I’m Cadie Pacheco — a wife to my best friend, a mom to two little ones, and someone who has spent her entire career rooted in compassion, trust, and service. Before becoming a fully commissioned Colorado Notary Public, I spent nearly a decade in veterinary medicine, managed a busy boarding and daycare facility, and dedicated over 15 years to canine behavior. I’m also a Certified Professional Dog Trainer through Dunbar Academy, an AKC CGC Evaluator, and the Owner/Head Trainer of Hot Dog Training Co. in Thornton, Colorado.

No matter the field, my work has always centered around helping people through important, emotional, or high‑stakes moments. Becoming a notary felt like a natural extension of that calling. I’m truly honored to support clients during some of the most meaningful signatures of their lives — whether they’re preparing essential documents, navigating major life transitions, or securing a home.
